Taking their name from a traditional instrument and a distinctive rhythm pattern that is commonly seen in the Afro-Cuban music scene, Clave blend neo-soul and R&B with funk, pop and unexpected rhythms to create a sound that is uniquely their own. Built around the ethereal voice of lead vocalist Vivienne, Clave’s music takes listeners on a sonic journey that is as intriguing as it is surprising, as demonstrated by their excellent 2022 debut album on Terminal Records, ‘Say Goodbye To’.

以非裔古巴人爵士樂嘅專屬節奏「Clave」為名，香港樂隊 Clave 成立於2015年尾，初期以 neo-soul 風格為主，期後將 funk、city-pop、fusion、triphop 等風格混入創作方針中，始終保持追求律動嘅堅持。2022年發表首張大碟《Say Goodbye To》，收錄〈Orange/オレンジ〉、〈Dahlia〉、〈Indika〉等代表作為階段總結，去年推出全新單曲〈WNW〉，展示出更為成熟自在嘅編曲走位。嚟緊佢哋喺 Clockenflap 2024 嘅演出，期待主音 Vivienne 空靈嘅嗓音加上 Clave 獨特嘅舞動旋律，帶我哋進入遠離塵囂的維度～
