Local music icon Carl Wong brings his Hats On Band to Clockenflap for a very special performance that is sure to get the festival off to the best possible start on Friday November 29. The legendary composer, producer and musician will not only be joined on stage by the all-star band that includes Daniel Chu, Edward@Anwiycti, Herman@The Hertz, Jun Kung, Jason Kui, The Absent Brother and Wilson Ng, but will also welcome special guest Jer Lau from local super boy band Mirror. 自90年代開始進入幕後世界，王雙駿從喺寶靈街碟鋪打躉嘅少年一步一步成長為本地首屈一指嘅製作人，由早期為謝霆鋒製作經典大碟《玉蝴蝶》、成為何韻詩嘅「青山大樂隊」發起人、出任梅艷芳嘅演唱會音樂總監、與陳奕迅一齊夾嘅 The Duo Band、麥浚龍御用音樂班底之一，到近年與多位新晉歌手合作，包括聯同12位歌手組成「樂壇已死大合唱團」錄製〈樂壇已死〉，可謂近三十年香港流行樂壇之中，處處係王雙駿嘅手指印，並曾以唱片監製、編曲、製作人等身份於香港及台灣屢獲獎項。

今年三月，王雙駿首度舉行嘅個人作品展大獲好評，年尾將會聯同人氣歌手柳應廷，以及由爵士琴手 Daniel Chu、Anwiycti 全能樂手 Edward、The Hertz 主音結他手 Herman、Jason Kui、恭碩良、雷同二友、吳林峰等人組成嘅 THE HATS ON BAND 一同登上 Clockenflap 2024 舞台，如此組合，唔睇唔得。
