Hong Kong! We are on the lookout for fun, approachable and creative ‘festival-friendly’ food ideas, prepared by passionate teams who are ready to feed a lot of people!

If you’re interested, we’ll be asking to see your menu proposal for the festival. Please think about a concise, straight-to-the-point menu that showcases what you do best, and which can be presented efficiently and quickly too.
