Hailing from sun-soaked Brisbane, Australia, Last Dinosaurs have carved out a reputation for crafting summery slices of melodic and laid-back indie-pop. With roots in Japan—brothers and vocalists/guitarists Sean and Lachlan Caskey and drummer Danjuro Koyama are all of Japanese descent—the four-piece have found a keen following across Asia-Pacific and beyond, and arrive in Hong Kong for their Clockenflap debut on the back of their fourth studio album, ‘KYORYU’ , which was released in May. 來自澳洲昆士蘭，以主音兼結他手 Sean Caskey、主結他手 Lachlan Caskey 兩位日裔兄弟為創作核心，Last Dinosaurs 團名源自因動畫《FLCL》而大紅嘅日本搖滾樂團 The Pillows 歌曲〈Last Dinosaur〉，音樂風格同樣有FLCL嘅明亮青春爽勁，玩出時而搞怪時而堆疊嘅輕鬆旋律，2010年發表首張EP《Back From The Dead》經由電台 Triple J 熱播其中一首〈Honolulu〉而爆紅，出道不久即獲 Foals、Foster The People 等大團邀請擔任暖場。

後續 @lastdinosaurs 喺作品中引入更多 synth-pop 元素，成熟風格被形容為 The Strokes 與 Two Door Cinema Club 混合體，人氣單曲如〈Zoom〉、〈Italo Disco〉等都係相當過癮；而繼2018年於日本古城有田町錄製嘅《Yumeno Garden》及2022嘅《From Mexico With Love》後，今年推出嘅全新大碟《KYORYU》，更聯同朋友嘅原創漫畫以3023年太空時代為背景，交出一張帶有敗托邦色彩，充滿未來派電感嘅精彩新作！
